The publisher
This site is published by Artha Capital, Haarlemmerweg 888, 1014 BL Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) as 97349860. Artha Capital is the controller for the data described below. Email privacy@bestadultacnetreatment.com with any question.
Data we handle
- Visit statistics: pages viewed, the referring site, reading time and scroll depth, clicks on links and buttons, and device details such as screen size, language and time zone.
- Picker answers: they only mark cards on your screen. The one exception is the button under the result, which tells acne.today the answer you chose.
- Server logs from our hosting company: IP address, browser and requested pages, used for security and operation.
Statistics, step by step
The page sends statistics to /api/report on this domain. That function forwards them to an analytics provider (EU), which stores them in the European Union. It also forwards your IP address so the provider can derive an approximate location. To connect the pages of a single visit, a random number is kept in session storage for the open tab and removed when the tab closes. We set no cookies for statistics. If your device is set to a European time zone, nothing is sent until you agree in the notice.
The acne.today button
Buttons like "Start my analysis" route through bestadultacnetreatment.com/begin to acne.today, a separate, paid service. The link tells acne.today which site and button you came from. Photos, payments and anything else on acne.today fall under its own privacy policy.
Legal grounds
- EU visitors: consent for statistics. Change your mind any time through "Statistics choice" in the footer.
- Everyone else, plus security and hosting: legitimate interest.
- Email replies: handling the request you sent.

Retention
Server logs are deleted after at most 90 days. Emails are kept only as long as needed, two years at most.
Sharing
Data goes only to the analytics provider and the hosting company, limited to what they need. Nothing is sold.
Your rights
Ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, or object to its use, at privacy@bestadultacnetreatment.com. We respond within four weeks. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands or your local data protection authority.
Changes
We update the date above whenever this policy changes.
